No exchange/return will be accepted without our authorization. All returns and or exchanges that are not defective will be subjected to a store credit only. No refund.
All customized products such as jerseys, jackets, hoodies, t-shirts etc.. are subject to FINAL SALE.
Online orders can be exchanged in-store or via online.
Some products cannot be returned. All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you are exchanging a product that you purchased online and you are shipping it back to us, you will have to pay for the entire shipping costs.
Return shipping for non-defective items is at buyer expense with their choice of courier. Tracked delivery is always recommended.
Be mindful that all exchanges must be within 14 days.
