Nothing says Canada like the maple leaf. The symbol made its debut as the centerpiece of a new national flag in 1965, but has been a symbol of the country since the 19th century.
In a simple yet effective design, a maple leaf covers the front panel. Two shades of red create a half-and-half pattern. The design is a tribute to the one Canadian hockey players wore in 1972 for a legendary series versus Russia.
